how we love
At moorelove counseling, we offer individual therapy sessions tailored to your unique needs and goals. Our approach is rooted in compassion, honesty, and understanding, providing a safe and supportive environment for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
Whether you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, or simply want to gain a better understanding of yourself, our individual therapy sessions can provide the guidance and support you need. We work collaboratively with you to develop a personalized treatment plan that aligns with your goals and helps you navigate life’s challenges with resilience and grace.
Who, What, Where?
- We offer individual therapy to teens (14+), college students, and young adults
- Offering support with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relational conflict, and struggles with self-esteem
- We work from a person centered and solution focused approach with a toolbox of techniques, including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy(DBT)
- Offering both in-person and virtual sessions
- Telehealth sessions are available
- “Walk and Talk” takes place of our in-person sessions
- Sometimes, healing happens best when we’re in motion. Walk and Talk Counseling offers a unique, therapeutic experience by combining the benefits of traditional talk therapy with the calming effects of movement and nature. Instead of sitting in an office, we take our sessions outdoors—walking side by side in a peaceful environment that encourages openness, reflection, and growth.
- Sessions take place at a designated park or walking trail. Pace is set based on your comfort level—whether it’s a slow stroll or a brisk walk. We focus on your goals while integrating mindfulness and therapeutic techniques. If the weather isn’t ideal, we can meet virtually instead.

Rates
moorelove counseling is currently only accepting out of pocket pay. We are not accepting insurance at the moment.
- Individual Sessions: $80 (50 minutes)
- Sliding scale available (further information provided during consultation)
