About Me

Who Am I?
I am California made and have been living the Texas life for the past five years. I’m the youngest of five, a certified matcha lover, and a proud dog mom to my sweet boy, Soto—a playful Pitbull and Labrador mix. I’m all about exploring, adventuring, and pretending to be outdoorsy- as long as there are no bugs or wild animals- but you will find me back in bed by 9pm, living my best life with some snacks. Friends and family know me as loyal, silly, and reliable—qualities you can count on during our sessions. I believe in creating a warm, authentic connection, where you feel supported and understood every step of the way. I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey towards self-love and healing.
a passenger on your life journey
purpose
Having navigated the complexities of a divorced family, grown up alongside half-siblings, and endured the profound loss of a loved one to suicide, I have personally grappled with trauma, depression, and anxiety. My past as a habitual people-pleaser has given me a deep understanding of the struggle to escape the draining cycle of overextending oneself. I’ve learned firsthand the importance of setting healthy boundaries, fostering nurturing relationships, and prioritizing personal well-being. Together, we can embark on a journey to create a life where you feel not just valued and respected, but also deeply at peace with yourself.
As for my educational background, I hold a B.S in Psychology from Sonoma State University and an M.S in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Professionally, my background includes working as a Registered Behavioral Therapist supporting children living with autism, serving as a life coach for young adults, and providing care as a crisis counselor for children in need. Additionally, I am a Qualified Mental Health Professional-Community Services (QMHP-CS) and a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (TX), under the supervision of Angela Moorer, M.Ed, LPC-S.
